Mr. Sticka has actively practiced before the Oregon Supreme Court; United States District Court for the District of Oregon; Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals; Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces; and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is now retired from the Air Force Reserve Component (Colonel, USAFR), concluding his service career as a military judge.

Ms. Trunnell worked at law firms as a legal assistant for eight years prior to attending law school, and later served as a student law clerk for the bankruptcy court in Eugene while attending law school. She is also the 2004-2005 chairperson of the Lane County Bar Debtor/Creditor Section.
